Oversees issues of economy, tax and monetary policy, lease of forest fund plots, water bodies intended for fishery activities, investment activity (including coordination and control of investment activity in the assigned spheres of activity and supervised organizations), property relations (including management, disposal, privatization, valuation and accounting of property owned by the district, as well as matters related to property seized, arrested, or confiscated or otherwise converted to state revenue), entrepreneurship, licensing, labor, trade, public catering, consumer services to the population, roadside service (in terms of trade and public catering, gas stations), precious metals, foreign economic activity, import substitution, development of interregional ties, labor and executive discipline in supervised organizations of the district, development of industry, fuel and energy complexes of the district (in terms of payments), energy efficiency, quality and competitiveness of industrial products, standardization, collection of ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste, advertising and implementation of measures to modernize the economy, tourism.
Coordinates the activities of:
the economy department of the district executive committee;
the department for labor, employment and social protection of the district executive committee (in terms of labor and wages);
the Vileyka District Department of the Minsk Regional Administration of the Social Protection Fund of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
