Consumer services

By Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 391 of May 18, 2016, amendments were made to the Rules for Consumer Services approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1590 of December 14, 2004 (hereinafter – the Rules), the unified list of administrative procedures carried out by state bodies and other organizations in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 156 of February 17, 2012 (hereinafter – the unified list), the Regulation on the state information resource «Register of Consumer Services of the Republic of Belarus», approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1108 of November 28, 2014 (hereinafter – the Regulation on the Register).

CONSUMER SERVICES: SINGLE SHORT THREE-DIGIT NUMBER – 167
In order to provide the population of Minsk Region with quality services, since March 2021 a call center with a single number 167 (call from any operator) has been operating in Minsk Region, which provides information services in the field of consumer services for the population, and also
is a dispatching center for receiving requests from the population

In view of the foregoing, we DRAW THE ATTENTION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES to:

changes in the list of types of consumer services,
the need to submit an application for inclusion of information in the register of consumer services for types of consumer services determined in the list for the first time;
the need to coordinate the operating hours and bring them to the attention of consumers when providing consumer services without a consumer service facility according to service descriptions contained in catalogs, prospectuses, advertising, booklets or presented in photographs or other information sources, including on the global computer network Internet.
