PROCEDURE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION FOR PERSONAL RECEPTION

Pre-registration for a personal reception with the chief engineer of the MUE «Vileyka District Consumer Services Combine» is carried out in the «Planning Department» office (Minsk Region, Vileyka, 17 Sentyabrya St., 29, Consumer Services House, 2nd floor), by phone 8-01771-5-65-89.

During pre-registration for a personal reception, the essence of the issue and other necessary information are clarified.

In case of temporary absence on the day of personal reception of the head of the organization, personal reception is conducted by the person performing his duties.

If the day of personal reception falls on a public holiday or a holiday declared non-working by the President of the Republic of Belarus, the day of personal reception is transferred to the next working day.
