Oversees issues of organizational, technical, economic and transport services of the district executive committee, organization and improvement of documentation support of management in the district executive committee, the state of labor and executive discipline in the district executive committee and in supervised organizations of the district, informatization, including the introduction and use of modern information technologies in the activities of state bodies of the district, organization of work according to the application principle «one window» and work with citizens’ appeals, organization of protection of state secrets in the district executive committee, exercises control over the execution of decisions of the district executive committee, responsible for internal control over personal data processing in the district executive committee.

Coordinates the activities of:

the affairs management of the district executive committee;

the civil registry department of the district executive committee;

the sector for work with appeals of citizens and legal entities of the district executive committee;

the legal sector of the district executive committee;

SI «Vileyka District Archive»;

the engineer of the department of regional representatives of the communal production unitary enterprise «Information and Computing Center of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee».
